MITRA service is designed to provide in time assistance to users to enrol in the programme, whether they are at home, office or on road within the geographical limits to which this service extends.
This is a voluntary initiative where user and her/his spouse may choose to register if she / he wishes to. Registered user and their spouses may seek MITRA assistance in case of:
Medical Emergency
Crime / Assault
Accident
Vehicle Break-down
Police liaison requirements
MITRA services are available within the geographical limits of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai i.e. from Churchgate to Mira Road, CST to Thane city and Navi Mumbai. Additionally, vehicle related services are available on Mumbai-Pune and Mumbai-Nashik highways.
